Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our returns portal.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our quality control center.
Processing & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
